Refund policy

Returns 
NO REFUNDS STORE CREDIT
    •    You must contact us at 
Bohoblissco2024@gmail.comwithin 7 days of your purchase to request a return authorization. Please include the reason for returning your item.
    •    Items returned prior to authorization will not be processed. 
    •    Your item(s) must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. The item(s) must be unworn and include all original tags and packaging. 
    •    The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return an item with two exceptions:
    •    If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, Boho Bliss Co will pay the shipping costs to return the item.
    •    If an item is delivered in error, Boho Bliss Co. will pay the shipping costs to return the item. 
Refunds (if applicable)
    •    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
    •    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and payment will be returned to original form of payment. 
Exchanges
    •    Exchanges may be made for a different size of the same item or in the case of a defective item, provided we have the alternate item in stock. The item must be unworn and include all original tags and packaging.
